Bordered by Tinença de Benifassà Natural Park on one side and Els Ports Natural Park on the other, the hotel is near the picturesque villages of Fuentespalda and Rafales. The area is rich in history, known for the 11th-century Battle of Tévar led by Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, “El Cid Campeador.”

Its history
When visiting this region of Bajo Aragón, guests immediately fall in love with its towns of Renaissance and medieval architecture. The same thing happened to the owner Óscar García, who traveled to the area for the first time in 2016. That trip marked the main turning point in his life, now dedicated entirely to the hotel and luxury travel sector.

From the outset, Oscar was determined that the restoration of the 18th-century farmhouse they had acquired would benefit the local community culturally, emotionally, and environmentally. The renovation involved local artisans and materials sourced from the surrounding countryside, encompassing more than 200 hectares adjoining the Puertos de Beceite Natural Park.

Amenities
The hotel offers 18 rooms, each designed to showcase the panoramic views of the surroundings. The rooms are categorized into Standard, Superior, Junior Suite, and Suite, spread across three floors of the farmhouse, with a specially designed Dog Room for guests’ pets.

For families seeking privacy, the hotel provides a fully equipped villa with a private pool and an impressive terrace overlooking the Matarraña mountains. Located five minutes by car from the main hotel building, the villa sits on a 65-hectare estate next to the Tastavins River.

Spend a day off at our outdoor heated pool in Torre del Marqués where visitors can relax while they enjoy the exclusive pool bar service. The restaurant Atalaya del Tastavins with views of the main lounge is also a highlight. It offers lunch or dinner, between the Watchtower Menu and the Tastavins Menu, made with local and ecological products from the restaurant’s own garden.

The hotel also features a heated outdoor pool with an exclusive bar service, and a relaxation area with a water zone, Turkish bath, sauna, and treatment and massage cabins using products by Natura Bissé.
